Might as well say that I'm a Christian of a different color. Let the thumbs down begin! However, I will write the truth and it is for you to decide.
Paul says in Galatians, The law was given unto us as a schoolmaster to bring us unto faith, once we have come unto faith there is no longer the need for a schoolmaster.
What Paul is saying here is that the law was given to us to let us see there is no way we could ever obey it. Jesus says if you break any part of the law you are guilty of the whole law. He goes on to say if you say anything other than "yes" or "no" you are guilty of the whole law.
Once we come to the realization that we can never obey the law. Then we must chose faith in God's promise of salvation through the death of Jesus. Once you have come unto faith there is no longer the need for a law. You don't have to quit smoking, drinking, screwing the hot chick down the street. You are saved through the gift not of works lest any man should say, "Look how good I was. I was good enough to go to heaven".
Being good doesn't make you a good Christian either. If being good makes you feel good then do it.
You are perfect in Gods eyes once you have accepted the gift. You can't do anything to make the gift better and if you try then you are disrespecting what Jesus did for you.
The Bible is full of people who were not perfect yet had faith.
Stand fast in your liberty, you are free.

Yes to both. I believe every time you have sex with someone you are making a covenant and a soul tie with that person. In biblical times, a covenant was sealed by bloodshed. When you have sex for the first time, usually, there is bloodshed from the tearing of the woman's hymen, thus a covenant is made. So once you have sex with someone outside of marriage you are making a covenant with someone you may not want to be forever bound to. However, there is an even greater bloodshed that will erase the sin, if you truly are repentant, and the is the blood that Jesus shed for us all. Now if you continue you to do the same sin and just repent each time, it is not true repentance. When you truly repent, it is with the intention to not sin again.

The following passsages cover several sins, including the sexual immorality that you just mentioned. Sex is only for marriage, Can you be forgiven? Of course, since we all have sinned, we all must be forgiven. But I wouldn't sin with abandon and presume God is going to overlook your obvious rejection of His will. Forgiveness comes with repentance. Read the following:
Heb 13:4
"Marriage should be honored by all, and the marriage bed kept pure, for God will judge the adulterer and all the sexually immoral."
1 Corinthians 6:9-11
"Do you not know that the wicked will not inherit the kingdom of God? Do not be deceived: Neither the sexually immoral nor idolaters nor adulterers nor male prostitutes nor homosexual offenders 10 nor thieves nor the greedy nor drunkards nor slanderers nor swindlers will inherit the kingdom of God. 11 And that is what some of you were. But you were washed, you were sanctified, you were justified in the name of the Lord Jesus Christ and by the Spirit of our God."

"Fornication" is sex w/o marriage. "Adultery" is sex with anyone but whom you are married to. Both are regularly condemned in Scripture. "That ye abstain from meats offered to idols, and from blood, and from things strangled, and from fornication: from which if ye keep yourselves, ye shall do well. Fare ye well" (Acts 15:29).
And all but one sin are forgiven: "Wherefore I say unto you, All manner of sin and blasphemy shall be forgiven unto men: but the blasphemy against the Holy Ghost shall not be forgiven unto men" (Matthew 12:31). However, you sound as if you've not committed that blasphemy of the Holy Spirit, so you're quite forgivable.

It is a sin it is called fornication in the Bible. All sins are forgiven through the sacrifice of Jesus Christ on the Cross, but that does not mean you should actively go out commiting sin :)

Technically, in the Bible, marriage was simply a promise between two people. The promise was just as easily voided by saying: I divorce you, out in public. Now, the government keeps tabs on people, and marriage has become an institution. Although marriage is a great institution, why would anyone want to live in an institution?
