after i work out i try to take a shower before the sweat dries. i know when it comes to my face, as soon as i am done working out if i don't wash i am more likely to break out. so i try to do the same with a shower. (plus I hate the way my body feels after I am covered in sweat and it drys. leaves my skin feeling gross.)
