I even answer the questions with deep thought no matter how weird the answer was asked (by my other account). I scour the web for appropiate links. I spent an hour typing up an answer for one of my questions that i asked. However, i didn't choose it as the best answer because it was a little off topic.

It might mean you to get a life but it's not that unsual around here. There are a lot of people doing that. I don't think they realise that the points don't mean anything. Once you get to the point where you can ask and answer an unlimited amount of questions a day there's really no reason to try and get more points.

i wouldn't necessarily say it's weird to answer your own questions but if you answer your own question, then there was really no point of you asking the question if you already knew what the answer was going to be. This Q & A process is for someone to ask a question and obtain the answer from someone else.

do you also give yourself the best answers too because then - and only then - are you a true genius.
by the way people do that by yahoo games to better their rating.
to answer your question - who cares? its not like someone wins a prize for these things. dont worry about it. :)

I do that if I don't get the answers I want. Why give 10 points to someone just because you have to?

you ask questions and you answer it yourself ..ummmm
it's like you send flowers for yourself on your birthday
if it makes you happy and isnot hurting anyone keep on doing it
and to answer your question no it's not weird there is a lot of people in this world that suffer from being lonely or being unemployed.
good luck

it's only weird if you have already responded to THIS question by the time i post this comment.
i have a myspace account, and one is for me and one is for my dog. i write my dogs blogs, and then i respond to them. i also send her cards. obviously i am the only one reading these...well, that's not true, more people read hers than mine. i see it as a way to get out my alternate personality...in a noncreepy i don't need medication kind of way. i also reread old emails i sent people. this may be weird to some, but not to me.
unless you are calling in sick to work, your grades are dropping, or you are lacking in friends, i say it's ok. if you have a nice family, friends, social life, etc..then it's fine.
