for me out here in california-had to go to the dpss and get a infor sheet showing how to get your record expunged- show you guideline-show you cost- here if you do it yourself only 5 dollars-info must have court house location-dates-convictions-all that good stuff-info sheet show you how to do it-the poor mans way- i highly recommed it- get sheet at dpss or the edd-get busy-and pay it forward-

You can petition the court to have your record expunged. However, the charge usually stays on your record. It just states it is expunged.
