Its me again. :) so if you haven't heard i am cinderella in the play cinderella tomorrow and my throat is still hoarse from my trip to Disneyland. ( rides & screaming :( ) Last night i tried a drink recipe someone sugested, but it was so bad i literally threw up. Does anyone have a recipe or advice for a more tasty and less stomach wrenching recovery? :):) Many thanks.

This doesn't sound like it would taste too good but actually it really does (or at least I think so) and it really soothes the throat. Bring about 4oz of water to a boil and pour into cup ,add 1 to 2 oz of vinegar, sweeten with honey and sip as you would hot tea.

Try herbal tea with honey in it, very soothing.
There are also sprays and losenges that contain an anesthetic agent to help with the pain.

Water. Tepid, room temperature water, preferably distilled.
Dilute some juice with water if you're just opposed to water in general. I would contact your understudy, a day is really not enough time to get over laryngitis.

Try eating some dark chocolate. It helps with coughs, and sometimes clears my throat. Weird? Yeah.

ummm...well i really like hot cocoa, it might help it because it is warm. Tea is another good one, it might be better to drink green tea.
