responding to person below me, not true I have uninstalled these programs and the right click options tend to stay

SELECT WHAT EVER YOU WANT TO REMOVE THAN CLICK RUN DESKTOP CLEAN UP

Get hold of RegCleaner 4.3 by Jouni Vuorio from the site .

Its a freeware. Install it. It is also small in size (just 1.31 MB installed), but a very powerfull utility (?).

After installing, run it, accept the disclaimer.

Under Tools menu, select "Modify the Open With menu", delete the entries you don't need.

Be carefull though nothing serious would happen even if you delete a wrong entry.

ok so you're saying that you want to remove some of the right-click options? If you are then:

you don't have to do that, it automatically removes it for you after you uninstall the program
