The problem is how do you define a 'lie'?
What is our own belief? What and how do we interpret the bible?

Generally, nobody likes to be corrected, even more people do not like to be corrected harshly. Generally, people like to hear what they want to hear.

What I am trying to say is. In order to exercise the choice that you asked about in your question. We need to know the truth in order to know what is a lie. And once we know the truth, who would like to listen to lies? A church can teach love.... but what kind of love? The God kind of love? The selfish kind of love? The love for money?

People go to church for all kinds of reason. I am sure you have your own reasons for you to attend the church you attend. If you enjoy it, continue to attend. If you don't, then change another one. What other people do or think or say, shouldn't affect you much.

It's like food. Some people will like beef stead. Some prefer salad. Give everyone a choice to choose.

Shalom.

P.S. I am straight..... forward and being truthful. =)

And I think that your belief is man's agenda and not God's. All these made up rights by modern man will become the downfall of mankind. What people have believed for hundreds of years is now being turned around to please a minority. What a shame.

I would pick a church that preaches love and peace but I just think that's a better way to live than lying.

What compelled you to ask this question?
I would go to the one that teaches love, which is why I only go about 6 times a year because there aren't any that do that.

Niether. I think any church is a waste of time. I would rather spend time playing with my kids. Or drinking beer. MMmmmm, beer.
