is it proven that Jesus dies and rose from the dead?
Yes, medical records in jewish files prove that before He was crucified he had injuries that would kill a normal person. but he was a strong carpenter so he could stand more that you or me and a severely flogged man could not push away a huge rock away from the mouth of a cave/tomb. and he rose because he was seen by over 500 people (read the last chapters in all of the the gospels (matthew, mark, luke, and john) and acts).
so he died and rose again
