This is an interesting take on the whole omnipotence paradox thing. Bear with me a moment. I'm not asking about whether God can counter an irresistable force, or move an immovable object... but just whether he can create those two things. If so, what happens when they meet?

Earth Angel, you are the ONLY other person besides me that I've seen give that answer to the rock-so-heavy question. Kudos. However, I'm not sure my question is illogical. I have to think about it.

Not in the same world. They render each other meaningless. God is all powerful, but there are things god just cannot do, not because he's not powerful enough, but because they are illogical and God is a logical being. He is the logos. It's like asking if He can make a rock so big that He can't pick it up, or asking if He can produce square circles. Can't be done in this or any other world.

Earth Angel is in line with this. Basically, God has to follow the laws of physics. The difference between his power and ours, is He knows all of the laws, and how to apply them.

For example, the average person only utilizes 1/2 of a percent of the total brain power. Genius use up to five percent of their brain. Is it possible that the only thing that separates us from being like God, is He uses 100%?

Think of some of the large mammals that exist, or have in earlier times. Dinosaurs had the brain size of a walnut. If that is all it takes for a 100 ton animal to have bodily functions, then why were we given a brain weighing on an average of three and one half pounds?

There is more to this mystery. I just don't have all of the answers since I only use part of my brain.
