My girlfriend has had this dude, emailing her, and stuff for a long time now, she has known him for a long long time, but he asked her out and when she rejected him, he lost it, and wont stop e-mailing her and texting her, and now he wont stop talking about "playing" with her, and wanting to have her babys, and other nasty things. bottom line, dude is a psyco/stalker, how can I get rid of him, you know, without putting ME in prison

What your girlfriend needs to do is save some of those emails and have them printed out. If he is calling constantly, have those phone calls recorded. And if he happens to be following her, call the police immediately and give them the proof that he has been stalking her. You could tell him to stay away from her, but it's not going to do much good. By going to the police, there is such thing as a restraining order, and if this stalker breaks that, he could face a lot of time in jail. Good Luck.

Do not threaten to go to the police - GO to the police. Let the restraining order tell the stalker that you are serious. You also may be required to prove that you are being stalked. Save every phone message you have received from this person. Notify your phone company that you are being harassed. Notify your internet service provider that you are being harassed. Keep a list of every time and every place that the person is following you. Also keep a list of who was with you and who can back up your claim. Dealing with a stalker is serious business, and things could get worse before they get better. And if I can't stress enough - GO TO THE POLICE and find out exactly what steps you need to take to get a restraining order in place.

I would definitely call the police. She should also change her number on her cell phone and home phone. Also get a new email address. Then she should get some mace for her purse, just in case. Keep copies of the texts and emails and give them to the police and maybe they might recommend a restraining order if it's that bad.

She needs to block his emails. That's easy enough to do. Next, she needs to file an order of protection against him, documenting everything he has ever said or done. Does your girlfriend live alone? If she does, maybe you need to spend a little more time with her to let this guy know you are watching what goes on. Call the police and have them patrol her neighborhood. Keep everything he sends for proof, and insist he get help.

Tell your girl to go to the courthouse and get a no contact order. Print out all the crap he has emailed as evidence. He will be served, and if the harrassment continues, she can get a stalking order, which is a serious criminal charge. Does he follow her, or hang outside her home/work? Tell her to carry a camcorder around and tape his ***! Also, if she has not been forward and direct with him, she NEEDS to. " I hate you and I dont ever want you to bother me again," should be sufficient.

Go to the police. I have a uncle who is a cop, and this guy started stalking me and he scared him for life. It was funny. The guy just says hi to me now. But yeah go to the police. Just tell them to talk to the dude. And then if he keeps screwing with your girls head, then sue him for every penny he's got. At least i would do that...Hope this helps.

Have her change her email, her phone number and just keep ignoring him. It sounds like he could be a sexual predator.... check your local predator list, I'm sure there's a website.....Not sure if it would work, but you could report him to the police for harassment?

Call the police on him and show them the emails and such. Trust me, this will stop him and if it doesn't at first, eventually it will. Call them every time he does something.

Restraining Order. If he comes near her or even calls her, he'll be put in jail. Stalking isn't a crime, but you can still get a restraining order.
