I'm thinking of getting a tatoo on my right SHOULDER BLADE.
IS THAT ONE OF THE AREAS WHERE GETTING TATOOS HURT THE MOST???

I got mine on my thigh. It did not hurt to bad. My husband has one on both shoulders and he says that it was not to bad. The lower back hurts quiet a bit and also the ankles and feet. It is worth it just make sure you find a good clean place to do them. Good luck

from what i've heard, you should be fine. tattos hurt the most in areas where theres not fat or muscle under the skin. places like along the spine tend to hurt a lot because theres nothing but bone under the skin.

my starts at my right hip and works its way up to my right shoulder blade and over the spine, over the ribs, and the shoulder blades hurt the most i give people who have tattoos there tons or credit!!!

the only time it will hurt is when the needles go across bone. other then that, it really isnt too bad.
