Me and my mom are best friends. Whenever she goes away, I miss her so much. I don't know why, maybe I'm just attached. I just miss her so much and I get afraid so easily. I just have that scared feeling in my stomach. Is it okay to miss her so much at 13? I mean, my friends mom died and she is only 15. Honestly, if I lost either of my parents I would either kill myself of need to be put in a mental hospital. My family is just so important to me. Back to the original question: Is it normal to miss my mom so much?

I know I have ways to go, but do you think this anxiety/missing my mom will go away by college? Serious answers only!

yes it is normal! it is your mom- the one person in the world who will always be there for you.

In college you will probably miss her some but you will be growing too, and meeting new people and starting your own new life. It won't be as bad, and everybody goes through it. Also, nobody siad you have to go away to college, you can always go to a college in your town (that's what I do, and I get to live with my mommy for a few more years!)
