i just saw and airplane fly over my house that had atleast 15 lights all over the body of it.im just wondering if anyone knows if that is a military aircraft,coast gaurd or a civilain airplane.

Probably a civilian plane. most military aircraft have about as few lights as possible.

What you probably saw was the Good Year Blimp. First time I saw it, I said to myself what a strange looking airplane. It was very dark that night so I couldn't see it's form just the lights. I watched it for a long time,and when words started appearing in lights, I knew what it was.
