Because girls always believe they have to be skinny to attract a guy, in Jr High nobody wants to go out with the chubby girl who's never had a boyfriend so they think they will be like that for the rest of their life

Blame the overrated American public image. Girls in general have a tendency to try to emulate what they see in magazines and on TV. Every girl sees negative aspects to their image that only they see-- even the most beautiful girls.
