As I said in my previous post, there's not much you can do other than what I listed.
If you can't take her tonight, CALL the ER vet and ASK THEM instead of posting here AGAIN (38 minutes after your first post). If you are THAT concerned, pick up the phone.
They may tell you to ice her leg, they may tell you to do something else. They may ask you about any medications you have.... But stop asking people here to take the place of a vet and call the ER vet.
If there isn't one in your area, look online and find another one in the nearest city.
A simple phone call is a lot easier than asking a bunch of people you don't know for advice for your dog.

Yeah you could give the dog to someone else so you wont be burdend anymore! Cindy P is right. Since it is obvious that instead of getting off the damn computer and taking your dog to the vet, you rather waste your time crusing the net for answers. It is basically the same way you would treat a human sprain. Rest,Ice, compression and elevation. The last one might be hard to do. Asprin in small doses helps but should be given with food. Since you won't take them to the vet I am assuming you wont want to spend money on supplements. Glucosime, fish oil, flaxseed oil, vitamin e,vitamin c and I also gave my 13yr old 90lb German sheppard mix creatine as it may also aid in injury recovery. Thats if you would spend any money on your animal which I'm guessing not.

Keeping her calm is the 1st thing. If shes crate triained keep her in her crate. Dont let her go up and down steps pick her up. If she has to go out pick her up and carry her in and out. If theres swelling you can put some ice on it gently. Dont give her any doggie asperin for the pain. You want the pain. The pain will keep her from moving around. If you give her something for the pain she may injure herself further. Your doing ok just wait it out until she sees the vet.

One baby aspirin may relieve some pain, but it's a sprain and when you have a sprain you don't go to the ER. They will just laugh. So breath and calm down. The dog won't die. Don't baby too much either, it will probably just make the dog feel more uncomfortable. Keep her off her feet. As simple as that. More likely than not the sprain won't even hurt by morning.

cage rest, keep her from using the leg. Walk her outside with a leash to keep her from running. Lots and lots of cage rest.

I am sorry that your dog is hurt. Dogs know what hurts them and she will stay off of it. I am sure it does hurt her. Do you have any baby aspirin??? You could give her a very small dose of it and see if that helps. Please give it to her with food though. Mainly is just keep her very quiet and still.
