That is a misconceived stereotype of Christians and women. I have never set to make anyone miserable and any true Christian would not either. Maybe you have been visited by Jehovah's Witnesses or Catholics (they make my life miserable, too, and I am a Christian). But that does not encompass ALL Christians. You are stereotyping and it isn't fair. And I would be interested to know exactly what you mean by "miserable". By preaching to you? If you don't believe, why does it bother you so much?

Does this mean the non-Christians are bringing joy to your life? There are a lot of people who get on the bandwagon about their beliefs. And, they expect others want to know what they believe. This has nothing to do with Christians or being female, but with just being human.

Because they see it as their duty to spread their "gospel." Unfortunately, many of them can't seem to do it without being strident and obnoxious. They will never convert the world, but that doesn't occur to them. I've had them get red-faced, start foaming at the mouth, and ask me how I "dare to be an atheist" and then question my patriotism. Then there are the ones on here who question my intelligence because I'm an atheist, like I'm just a childish dope who needs education. It get sickening.

Christian or islamic they are all superstitious people. They don't know the rights and wrongs.
No body can help them and they will pass the same brain washed miserable to their kids and the same stupidity just go on and on and on.
