To be honest I'm not sure if you can; however I don't think that u should. If u are going to make out I think the best thing to do is either take it out or don't wear them on the date. Only god knows how embarassed you would be if your date finds out you still have on your retainer while making out.

sure, when i was about fourteen i made out with a guy with braces, and i had braces and a retainer. The chances of them getting stuck together are pretty slim, though i would try to be a little cautious about it (like no really deep making out or sex with it in might be a cool idea)

If only one of you have the retainer sure, If you both do be a bit care-full. Getting stuck/locked up would not be fun at all.

lol, are you actually asking if you can make out with a retainer or if you can make out with a retainer in your mouth....cause the first would be creepy but yes you can make out with one on.

You couls try....it would probably work....i mean if you can with braces then you prolly can with a retainer.....if it doesnt work the first time then take it out before you go anywhere where there might be making out going on!

Sure, but I find that a retainer doesn't seem to be very affectionate back. Now making out with a chicken filet, that is much more enjoyable.

sure you can. its gonna be messy tho and the girl will get grossed out. I remember i was in 4th grade and i kissed a gy with a retainer and it was disgusting. lol.

ha yes, you can, just be careful if your partner has braces, they can beome entangled, though rare.
Just simply take out your retainer, its a simple and easy solution, and then you wont have to worry if you have some food particles or debree stuck on it.
