Oh thats a question for the ages! I mean if the guy with an intersting personality was average to above average looking then yes a guy with personality. This question really depends on how shallow you are. I think that there is a guy out there who has a hot body and a good personality. But a guy with a hot body doesnt really need to have a good personality becasue he will always get girls because he is hot; while the guy with the personality will need the personality because he isnt that hot.

hmmm... hard to say without some more context to the comment. when was it said, who was around, how long have you known her, etc. Unless it was said with a very sarcastic tone, then i doubt it could be a bad sign. If you are interested in her, give her some attention and a compliment. Be Careful Though--- Maybe don't want to tell a girl she is hot too or she might think you are a jerk, just out for sex (yes, a double standard). So tell her she is very pretty or very attractive and see how she reacts. then go from there.

there's probably a 60% chance she's merely complimenting him but when a girl says something, who knows? It depends on the girl.
She might be messing with his head, doing it because of a dare ... whatever
If it's the other way around, a guy tells a girl she's hot it's so straightforward.
