On an island in Eighth Lake called the dunning hermatage
This Lake is in the Fulton Chain in the Adirondack park, upstate
New York. The name was Martha Elizabeth Gabriel.
Can anyone tell me who she was, what she did?Please I've tried
everywhere.

Search Google with that name in quotes. I did see a reference for a Martha Elizabeth Gabriel in New York. I'll post the link below. (It's an obituary website - Martha was listed as a relative to the deceased.)

I couldn't find anything either. Perhaps she's not someone noteworthy, just a citizen of the area at one time.
