The less complicated we make our lives, the happier we will be. But we still need food and shelter, so work and school are necessary evils.

no not against the nature
sun rises everyday ie the nature is also in routine.
but the fact is that creativity can be created through the routine work only because it is the job of an intelligent mind and mind can be made intelligent through routine work like study, meditation, devotion etc......i think everything is found in balanced state in nature so mind also perhaps the mind also cannot act as creative only.i think mind first access all those datas which are allready exists on particular thing to be invented then thing is invented like Gallilio had theory of gravitaion then newton invented it so newton first studied the theory ....

definetely it is not against the nature to bind oneself with routine work but it is necessary
yes routine kills the creativeness but nature says that creativeness time can not be generated without doing routine work

If we dont bind ourselves in a routine we will get lost. If you want to climb a hill you should know a way to climb without falling down or getting lost so what do you do for that?, binding is done for the convenience of human. Why do you sleep in the dark and are awake in the day why are you hungry in a particular time and everyday your stomach demands food in a particular time to some extent binding is a necessity also routine is a need.

Routine exists in all of nature, to suggest it is somehow against the normal flow of things is completely ludicrous. Nocturnal animals sleep during hours of sunlight, then hunt their prey at night. Admittedly not the most complex of schedules, but a routine nonetheless. I'd be more worried to see broken routines than fixed ones.
