Oh - you gather her up into your arms and look deep into her eyes. You brush the tears off her cheek and maybe brush the hair out eyes and give her a big huggly squeeze and a kiss.
And then you say "I love you"

Put my arm around her so she has a shoulder to cry on and knows that I'm here to support her. Then I'd ask her if she wants to talk about it. If she does then I'll listen. But if she doesn't I'll just hold her and let her know I care and I'm willing to help in any way possible.

Whenever I start crying, for whatever reason, my boyfriend has an amazing way of looking into my eyes and holding me close and telling me how much he loves me and that no matter what happens, he's always there for me. Then, after we discuss what's was wrong and how to resolve things, he then tickles me. Childish, but it's fun.

I'll put my arms around her until she stops crying. Then, I'll ask her what's wrong, and if there's anything I can do to make her feel better.

Comfort her. Talk to her. Ask her what was bothering her.
