Your question is double talk, but I think I know what you mean. lol YHWH has changed drastically throughout the history of the bible and history of worshippers. He starts off as a sky-god of sorts in Genesis, and ends up being a "Father" in the NT. After that, the Christian Churches turn him into either a Three-headed god or a 3 person god. So, take your pick, or make up your own.

"I am the Lord, I change not..."—Malachi 3:6
One of the many attributes of God is that He is immutable; unchangeable. If God could change, He could then not be perfect. We know that God is perfect, and therefore immutable.
There is no reason for God to change, as a change must be for better or for worse, and there is nothing that God could do to be better. Man, on the other hand, is always striving to find perfection in God's eye (never mind that God doesn't expect us to be perfect, but most importantly to come to faith in the One who is perfect, Jesus).

According to the Bible, God is the same yesterday, today and forever. So I'd have to say, no, he can't change.

Well, he started as a volcano-god and ended up as the unmoved mover, so I'd say yes.
