Maybe she is on her period or not feeling well.

On one hand Valentines day is kinda nookie day for those who are sexually active, however on the other hand...
Think of it this way, she's so comfortable with you she doesn't feel she has to perform to express her love and affection, it could be a lot of factors, could be her period, could be a bad day at work and she was frustrated. Could be something on her mind she doesn't want to discuss right now. I wouldn't get too worried.
If you are really bothered by it I'd ask her, would you have preferred bad sex she wasn't into just to please you over good passionate sex you both were wanting? Just curious.

Trouble is brewing, sorry to tell you. She is in to someone else and/or not into you any more. It's very simple. (If she was on her period or whatever, she would have said that. The fact that she was acting "cold" is a hint.
Maybe one last thing is possible...did you somehow screw up Valentines Day, not meet her expecations somehow?

It's very unusual. V-day is the perfect day for that. Maybe she wasn't feeling good or just not in the mood. It does happen sometimes.

there's no rule that you need to have sex during valentines day. if she doesn't feel like doing it then it's ok. you can do it every other day after valentines anyway.

Well sounds like it's almost over for you. Especially if she was cold. Anything on her mind that really is bothering her? Does she want to be engaged?

Yeah, Valentine's day sex is pretty much a given. Maybe you should have done something oral.

Why does it have to mean anything. People have off days, if it bothers you so much ask her.

it should never be expected. there could be many reasons she didn't want to, including she might be having her period. Get overit and stop being paranoid.
