I looked up stomach ulcer and it says people feel this gnawing feeling all the time like hunger, and feel it sometimes 40-60 min. after eating a meal...I sort of feel like this..so do I have a stomach ulcer or maybe it's one of the symptoms of panic attacks that I sometimes get?

It is not an ulcer. It probably means
you are young and active. You
probably eat small meals and get
hungry again sooner. It is actually
good for you to eat like that. My friends
are diabetic and the doctors put them
on a eat small meals every two or
three hours kind of diet. It's suppose
to be good for your heart also. Let's
just hope you don't have a tape worm.

It could be you have a high metabolism, and your food digests quicker than normal. If that's the case, snack on something light, low calorie, to keep the hungry feeling at bay. If you had an ulcer, I would think you would have burning sensations in the stomach, like acid upset, or heart burn.

Check that your meals are not too carb heavy, spicy, or acidy (too much coffee?). If that isn't the issue, make sure you're not taking too many NSAID's (e.g. advil), a common cause of ulcers. If you do have an ulcer, Pepcid AC works great.
