We say it way too much... I love him to death, but it loses it's luster if you repeat it over and over... I only get to talk to him for about 30 minutes - 1 hour a day and I bet we say it about 30-40 times... it's ridiculous, haha.. but we mean it..

Usually once a day, however sometimes it's every other day. Everyone in a relationship who is at the "I love you" level needs to hear it. Regardless of who says it first and when it is said. But realistically, I don't believe that how often it's said should hold too much importance as long as each time it's said it's with complete sincerity.

Many times a day. The funny thing is I never say at the end of a phone call. To me that's just too "what everyone does." People say it then out of habit. It should just erupt from your throat as an uncontrolable urge. And for guys, it's easier if you stress the "you" part.

Everyday, before bed, during lunch as often as possible.. life is so precious I wouldn't waste a moment not letting my soon to be husband know how much I love him...For the record he does the same for me so we have a Huge love festival..lol...Seriously you gotta do just don't over do it..(smile)...

I say it at least once a day or I try to. I almost always say it at the end of a phone call. He don't usually say it back, but I do.

um ... just walk up to them and be like "i love you." i mean its not rocket science. however, you shouldn't say it unless you're ready.
