If you like this person and they come back in your life I would take the chance and go after them. But make sure that they aren't dating someone.

LET HE OR SHE GO!! If you do not have answers as to why this person keeps leaving, LET IT GO!! There could be a 1001 reasons why, if it hasn't been communicated to you, LET IT GO and MOVE ON!! Life is to precious to continue on a roller coaster - either you are in or out.

As far as maybe a guy/girl you liked? Try to think about what happened or what went wrong. And try to slowly move on from that and try not to let it bother you. It could be that other person is just inconsiderate or something and not worth your time
