I've got a big zit (or what looks like it) on the inside of my thigh. It hurts so bad, and it's about the size of a penny..but I can't squeeze it to releve the pressure. Will it go away if it isn't popped?

Yes a zit will go away if it isn't popped, it will eventually get absorbed back into your skin. But it sounds to me like it is an ingrown hair not a zit!

Of course it will. Its probabl best not to pop it. Try cleaning the inside of your thighs more regularly/better since its a spot that can get sweaty and dirty easily.

yes it will. try putting a clean warm wash cloth on it
