Starts with fresh garlic which goes thru peeling, then slicing a giant belt drier. The dried pieces are then screened into the many sizes thu a series of screens starting with slices, dices, ground and the final dust like product is Powder. Put into large containers and then packaged later.

Garlic cloves are dehydrated to take out moisture and then they are finely ground.
