On the bottom of the auction page it will tell you what forms of payment the seller accepts. If it is check/money order then they will provide an address along with the adjusted amount with shipping included. You should not buy an item that does not state a clear shipping amount. If they accept paypal, then you can sign up for a paypal account and transfer money to them from savings/checking account, or a credit card, or build up the account by selling items and pay with money in the paypal account. Under no circumstances should you pay from a credit card directly to the seller, you should not give your bank account numbers, or credit card numbers to a seller, no matter how trustworthy you THINK they are, and remember some ebay accounts are often used by a person different from the one who has earned the feedback.
P.S. Do Not use western union either, if they can access western union, then they can recieve a money order just as easily.

The simple answer is to get a paypal account. It's free and the safest way to pay for things. www.paypal.com
Second, when you win an auction on ebay, there will be several options for paying. Like I said, paypal is the safest. That's what I always use. The shipping and any other charge such as insurance will be added to the price of the item. All you have to do is click a few buttons and you're done. It's really easy, and there are plenty of instructions along the way.
NOTE: Never use a debit card unless you have fraud coverage on it(just in case).

The first thing I would do is go to www.paypal.com and open an account. It's the easiest way to pay on ebay. Once you've won the item there should be a pay now button on the item page. Click that button and follow the instructions.

I've been ebaying for almost 10 years now. You can pay by:
Money Order
Credit Card
Check
Bank Transfer
Before you bid on an auction you should ask the seller what forms of payment they accept.
