I'M WORKING IN A VERY STRONG, CHALLENGING AND MOST BUZIEST HQ....HUNDREDS OF STAFF IS UNDER MY SUPERVISING....AND MAJORITY OF THEM IS A MALE STAFF......SOMETIMES FIND IT SO HARD TO MAKE THEM DO THIER JOBS THAT REQUEIRED BY UPPER LEVEL.......

i dont really know why this is in the military section, but in the military its better to be feared than loved. but remember there is a difference between being feared and being hated!
