So.. there's this guy...and he told me that he likes me.. but now he's telling me about this really hot older girl that wants him. I realllly want him to like me.. i just need to know if you think its worth it or not. if you think that i should keep trying then, do you have ANY ideas to what i can do to get him to like me more? This guy and i are only 15 and this girl is 17 or 18 im not sure. but i think the other girl is just messing with him and hes falling for it.

Go for it! If you want him to like you more, try to be closer friends with him. But I must warn you, be prepared for the possibility that he might like this other girl more; if that happens, be cool and move on.

Why is he telling you about her? Trying to make you jealous? In that case the best thing you can do is simply this: nothing. It's not worth it if he is playing head games with you and the best thing you can do is ignore him. If he really likes you, he'll make sure you know it, in the meantime, just do your own thing.

Scenario 1: he likes you and does not want to admit it.
Scenario 2: if, "hot older girl really wants him" is a direct quote: he is not worth your time.
Be yourself, don't change who you are just to impress someone else, if you do that, it will never work.

I was in the same situation and I got sick of waiting and just moved on. I mean your not asking the right quiestion, the quiestion is do you think he's worth it? Do you think he's someone to wait on? Do you think that he's worth all your time?
when you answer that then you have your answer.

You cant make a guy like you, either he does or he doesnt. I would just make myself less available, go on a date with another guy, be busy when he calls, just for like 2 weeks, then see what happens
