We've all met parents like that. They tell you with tears in their eyes how much they love their kids and then go home and thrash them with leather straps.

Hi Mr. James,

Your question shouldn't been deleted unless it was expired. It is a matter of not believeing in Him, but to believe and don't follow His word. The Holy Spirit (third trinity of God) uses His will to bring you to Christ. Just like now, you're committing yourself to understand the word of God, just by asking these questions.

The Holy Spirit brings you to Christ and you'll feel His holiness within you, but decides to not accept his word. Therefore, you bow yourself to sin, and since you decided to denounce the son of God, your sin is not forgiving. The sin committ to others have to (people on earth) pays the price of what you have done.

Example: let say you hate a particular race, you see a person on the street as driving toward him that you hate. You get out of your car and shove a knife in his back and drive away. What are the points..
1. You pray to the Holy Spirit.
2. The Holy Spirit brings you to Christ.
3. You feel the holy presence of Lord Jesus Christ,
4. You denounced the son of God.
5. You kill someone because of hatred.
6. Since you don't accept the Son, your sin is not forgiven.

The person you had murdered is a Christian, and save by Christ! Do you think that person wants to sit next to you on a cloud at the end of times?

The loving God is the One who created you! The forgiving God is the one who sent His only son for your repentence. So many people in this world are so happy to have life, and when they sees others who are suffering they blank their mind. What is worst these people go against God for many reasons.

Do you really want the truth? Don't take my word for it! Pray to the Jesus of the Christ. Also don't trust in men, they are one who will confuse you and some will turn you away from the truth.

So, many people are faithful to Lucifer, because the evil one knows the truth and fears the eternity of torment, and yet Lucifer knows Christ! Think about it!

God Bless

God is not going to sentence you to anything. He respects your decision to reject Him (although it tears at His Heart). He WILL allow you to reject Him for all of eternity, even after death. He will not forgive you because you do not seek His forgiveness. He does love you, though, because He sent His Son to die on the Cross for you just as He did for me.

As for the eternity of torment in Hell, that is your decision because your soul will forever live with the judgment of how you lived your life. Hell is the complete and total absence of God. There is no hope, no joy, no love, no peace because these things are all from God and are provided through His Grace.

Now, I will not pass judgment on you, that is for the One you reject. But I ask you this: What have you got to lose by believing and accepting Him? If you are right and there is no God then you have lost nothing by believing in Him. If you are wrong and He does exist than you have gained everything.

The Christian God loves you so much that he has given you free will, what you do with it is what causes you to be sentenced to eternity of torment. God forgives you of your sins if you are truly sorry and ask for forgiveness, but if you do not believe in God you will not ask God for forgiveness so how would you get it?

it is not an eternity of torment. it is simply destruction. But since it is permanent it is called for ever and ever but the torment is going in not being in.

so anyway that has been the big lie from the old old days centuries ago when the religionists figured they could enslave people in the bondage of fear. Same guys who burned people at the stake. Enemies of God and murderers of man they continue to bring the Name into disrepute.

Many people reject the truth because of the lies and many more use the lies to reject the truth. Don't use the errors of man to reject the only love there ever will be.

Yes, I've had questions like this deleted too. Either deleted or moved way down the list of questions, on about the third page, where nobody sees it.

When you post a perfectly reasonable question like this and you don't get any answers, you can be pretty sure that someone has dumped your question down to the third or fourth page of questions.

I doubt if you'll get many serious responses to your question. I've asked a similar question about whether a loving God would ignore the prayers of the pious, moral Buddhist and allow him to suffer in hell for all eternity. You know what some of them say? They say, "I don't say that. God says that. So if you don't like it, you have a problem with God, not with me."

No, you don't have that right. And actually most Christians don't have that right, either.

The "Christian" God loves you so much that he offers you a chance at eternal life. If you don't take it, you aren't tormented forever. God created you, and God would not condemn his creations to an eternity of suffering. The afterlife for unbelievers is the grave. Its death. Hell refers to the existence we have here on earth when we aren't living in God's presence.

For those of you who think I'm crazy, read the Bible. REALLY read it. Orthodox Christians don't believe in the idea of a fiery hell. The second largest denomination of Christians in the world doesn't believe in an afterlife of torment. Think about that.

Let me ask you a question, why do you care? If you don't believe in God, why do you care if you're not going to heaven? I don't believe in the Hindu's gods or the Pagan gods or the Wiccan goddess, do I care that I'm not going to be in on their little "afterlife" party? Not a chance. I believe in God and I'm going to heaven. Why don't you stop caring about something you don't believe in and start living your own life. Listening to you and others complain all day about a diety you don't believe in is getting tiresome. If you want to honestly learn about a religion, ask away, but if you only care about mocking it because you think it makes you look smarter then the followers, all you do is show your own ignorance.

And that's my answer. If you dont' believe, why do you care?

It's just a threat from the writers. Obviously they want this story to sit on earth for eternity and make a difference in peoples lives. It's also how the U.S. government controls the people of America, threats of terrorism or threats of UNCERTAINTY. Do you know what happens when you live an immoral life and die. No, and you never will, just like when the next terrorists attack will be.

Your sin will sentence you to an eternity of torment. The only way you can escape that is through the saving grace of Jesus Christ. To reject Him is to reject your only means into heaven. God is not only loving, but JUST as well. That is not to be forgotten.

He's loving and forgiving, but that doesn't mean he's a B*tch.

It's kind of like if someone kicked your *** every single day for 60 -70 years, and then asked you for a favor.
