you could open an IRA and file your tax return. if youre due a refund however, you will most likely not receive it if you owe taxes.

pay what you owe. freeloaders are a drain on society. i doubt you can discharge debts owed to the IRS by hiding in an IRA. check the IRS.gov website.

They can do whatever they darn well please to whomever they please at any time, even if they're wrong. It's the unpleasant truth, like it or not. You should get your i's dotted and t's crossed as soon as you can.
