Though both refer to pork, still I can't figure out any different between them.

English bacon is from English pigs and American bacon is from american pigs.(lol)

There may not be any difference! American bacon is salted, cured, and smoked, usually w/ hickory or applewood. How is English bacon made?

One comes form American pigs. the other from british ones.


Canadian bacon also comes from canadian pigs too....

im not sure exactly, but looking at the pictures, it just seems like the cut is different.
