what would you do if you gust found out that your 2 1/2 month old granddaughter got in a car axe dint and they did not tell you you found out threw some one Else 2 weeks latter o ya the car was told she got a cut on her arm and they did not take her to the hospital hurt ting Nana

i would call them and tell them you heard about the crash and wanted to check up on all of them. Also ask them if they got a new car seat for the baby and offer to buy one if they haven't. you should never use a car seat that was in a crash. Maybe if you live close enough go visit the baby so you can see for yourself how she is doing. You might ask if they took her to see her Dr since the crash to make sure she is OK. If the car was totaled i am surprised the police didn't call an ambulance to take them to the hosp.

Maybe they were scared to tell you? Scared because she was hurt and for whatever reason they couldn't or didn't take her to the hospital. Which they should have done...who knows what else went on internally.

Hopefully they aren't using the same carseat!!

I would be upset, but also suspecious at the secrecy.

I don't think they HAD to tell you, you're the Grandmother - I certainly don't tell my Mom EVERYTHING that happens with my kids, I've learned the hard way that some things are better kept quiet. If I were you I'd take a look at why they thought it better not to tell you. I don't tell my Mom cuz she can tend to be unsupportive and judgemental - I also sometimes just don't want to worry her.

I would me very upset.And no matter if she got a cut on her arm or a limb seperated they need to take her to her Dr. for a check up at least. I would have a serious conversation with her parents!

I would most def. confront them and explain how much u love the baby and how you arent mad at the parents you are just worried and upset because they kept it a secret from you.
