Where can I buy a cheap sectional couch? I have been searching forever for a cheap 1. I can only afford up to $150.00

Check thrift stores, consignment furniture stores, used furniture stores, Goodwill and Salvation Army stores. Check the classified ads in your local newspaper. Look for ads on bulletin boards in public places such as libraries, laundromats, etc.
You could also check www.craigslist.com for your city. Free items as well as sale items are listed.
To find a particular style (sectional) in a specific price range is going to take some diligent searching and patience, but you'll just have to keep at it.

For that price you will have to get one second hand. Check your local thrift stores, Salvation Army, consignment stores, etc. Also check the newspapers classified ads. When you get a second hand piece of furniture you really should invest in getting it steam cleaned
