He tells me about his job, he remembers little details from what i have told him, brags to me,makes out he's my hero, sticks to his word and seems to compliment me sometimes and seems interested in what i tell him. Sometimes he goes a little quiet when i tease him aswell or he agrees with what i am saying. is this just flirting or more

It sounds like he is just being friendly to me. Sometimes we read into things what we want them to be. So there is only one way to really know what his motives are, ask him. In this day and age being forward is not necessarily a bad thing.
