I keep getting terrible sinus headaches on and off. It mainly occurs on my left side. My left eye has also been bothering me and will go bloodshot. Is this caused by my sinuses? Has anyone else had this problem when getting a sinus headache?

Headache is a pain in the head, scalp or neck. Headaches can be
caused by minor problems like eyestrain, lack of coffee or more
serious reasons like head injury, brain tumors, encephalitis and
meningitis. Taking painkillers continuously can have harmful side
effects, so it is better to modify your lifestyle. More information

It could be migraines, which can be triggered by sinus or weather changes. I would see a doctor for diagnosis and medications.
