the thing is i was seeing his mate a while back and i know he still really likes me but did'nt want a gf, so now im going on a date with his mate who i really like how long should i wait cause there mates and i dnt wont either of them thinking in easy which im not!

what's the hurry? Don't jump into bed to keep him interested. If he is a good guy he will wait a while. Make sure it's right. I'd wait a month at least. Get to know him, see how he is in differetnt situations, see what he's like when the newness wears off a bit.
