NJ Transit Goes to Penn Station 34th St ($10 RT if that much)
NJ Path train Goes to WTC/ Penn Station (Cheapest option about 3.00 round trip)
NJ has public & private buses. They go to Port Authority on Times Square (Not really sure about the cost.)

You need to first go to www.njtransit.com Secaucus is THE main stop for almost all NJ transit trains. It's a quick stop & then bam they head into the city. Also check with the Hotel because they'll either have a shuttle that can take them or they can give you better directions on how to get to one of the 3 ways mentioned above.
