If all I had was peanut butter,jelly and sardines with mustard,ketchup and garlic salt. I would make two sandwiches instead of putting it all on one sandwich.

If that was all that I had I made sure to use it sparingly not all at once I guess that you have included bread as well on your list! so I would alternate my intake with one of these items at the time to make it last longer!
