If you are doing it in a frying pan, add a bit of water to coat the bottom and keep the fire on medium, after they are fully cooked drain the water and add some type of butter or oil and fry away

Fast, for a short period, on a medium-high heat, with some peanut or sesame oil.

If you want them Asian spicy, use Szechuan sesame oil, or add a bit of it.

If you're really doing stir fry, you of course need to add some veggies. Flavor with soy, teriyaki, fish/oyster sauce, or some 'stir fry' sauce. Add the sauce after the ingredients are pretty well cooked.

I don't have a wok, so I usually cook the veggies first in a large skillet, one type at a time, starting with the ones that take longer to cook, then offload them to a warm dish/bowl while I cook the others. If I'm using meat, I cook it last. I aim to under-cook the veggies so they stay crisp, and you don't want to cook all the juices out of the beef. Either way, I end up adding all the ingredients back to the large skillet, add any seasonings I want, stir it up a bit, and serve - usually with some rice.

If you cook the beef strips in a slow cooker or roast pan, they are morel likely to end up tasting like a pot roast.

Stir Fry of course. If you use a slow cooker then you have not stir fried the beef strips. You could stir fry the beef strips in a roast pan but that would not be good choice unless that is all you have besides the slow-cooker.

I would think you'd stir fry them in either a wok or saute pan.

Rainbow Butterfly nailed it! the only element i'm able to upload is do no longer overcook the pink meat or it is going to likely be difficult and chewy. in case you do marinate it, confirm to apply soy interior the marinade via fact the two soy and low are tenderizers.
