I don't believe you will find that information. Passenger lists are considered private information by the airlines, and they do not release them to the public, both for the protection of the airline and for the privacy of the passengers and their families.

It wasn't military or classified as one might suggest. It will not be easy to find that info. Americantries to protect itself and families of accident victims. I would say your best chance would be to research the news paper archives at the Indianapolis or Chicago libraries a day or two after the crash.
