As a flirty guy, I would say you need to be more direct with him. If you can't get the courage up to say "do you like me?", then be more direct with your non-verbals: touch him on the shoulder, etc. If he doesn't respond, or he seems more distant after this, then he is not interested.

They come up to you in a bar and tells you things that get you turned on and they are the ones that like to get under your pants...
They can also woo you to submission when they talk to you some of these men are the good looking ones and athletes like foot ball players and such! ^_^
to know if they really like you... it's simple they can't use their lines on you on some occassions coz they will feel akward to do so...
Flirty guys like to do one night stands but when a flirty guy becomes serious he can't do the moves he use to do and all the other women doesn't seem to be affected by his charms anymore!

its really hard to tell, so u never really know. he may spend more time with u, talk with u more, flirt with u more.... its really hard to tell though....
