It Depends entirely on the guy. If he knows what he is doing it doesn't hurt, If the guy has no clue what the hell is doing, he could really hurt you, even make you bleed. I was lucky to have the first type of guy, (he's older by 5 years) the only thing that was weird, was the fact I was every where but there in the moment.

Yes, but as long as you make sure he understands that he has to go slow the first couple times you have sex, then it wont hurt that bad. Sometimes it can be scary and rips can occur in the vaginal tissue lining the cervix, causing slight bleeding dont be alarmed, its normal (scared the hell out of me, but i didnt know it was normal) and it lasts for only a few minutes. i emphasize, make sure he knows to take it easy. If he wants to continue with you, hes just goin to have to wait before getting really into it.

If you are worried, put off the actuall sex for a while and use his / your fingers instead.
This allows for a longer process of stretching, allowing you to manage any discomfort at your own pace.
Depending on size, I'd suggest you wait until you can take 2 fingers before moving onto anything, err, "thicker".

all the girls that i did it with when it was their first time they said it hurt, but only for a bit, and then it was good, and by time number two they were good to go.

Being a guy im sure i dont really know, but im sure there is some discomfort, But i'll tell you this dont be pressured into something you do not want, which you might regret later on.
