When I go to windows task manager, It is COnstantly. Moving *& adding things, & My Mouse Always flickers& is going really slow, And its lIke it never stops, I can have NOTHING open at all, & somehow the task manager shows tons of stuff its Trying to do. WHAt Do I DOO???

unless your cpu is 100% or a higher then 60% usage, than it is fine. you will see numbers change on the processes even when you have no tasks listed. this is your auto run programs. if it is running a high cpu up to 100%, then you have viruses, spyware, adware, etc that is bogging your system. run spyware doctor for sure, anitvirus and make sure you use on guard with spyware doctor to stop any tracking cookies. good luck!

I suspect that some of the activity you see in the Task Manager is Windows files, probably your antivirus program, internet connection, ...

Check out your mouse in the Control Panel.
Check your startup menu to see if you are loading too much.
Are you running wallpaper and a screensaver? These run constantly in the background. (I have mine set to blank and none to free memory).

It sounds like you have a virus. If I were you I would run a virus scan on your computer ASAP. You can go to antivir.com to download a free antivirus software to run on your PC. Other than that I can't help you any more without more information.
