Maybe getting her to notice you might be the first step. Try to befriend her so you can get to know her a bit and visa versa. Then she may end up learning she likes you too, and maybe you may see she isn't all you thought she was... At least try to make some contact with her and let her see you have some interest..

Depending on how well u know her, ask her what she thinks of u, like if she likes u as a friend or if she would ever consider dating u. If she say's that she only likes u as a friend, try just being yourself, as long as u aren't a jerk or weird or anything, and flirt with her. Try to get closer to her. Maybe she will start to like you.

u can go up and ask her, get a friend to ask, write her a note, or see if when she talks to u she actaully pays attention, and if she smiles and flirts with u, then she likes u. u could also just ask one of her friends if the girl u like, likes u back.

well u can't force someone to like you, how about through her friends? ask if she is into anyone, or if she got a myspace go on there and see if she blogs u might be suprised if could be you!

well i dont think you should make a person like you, the person should like u just for what they think of you, make friends with her best friend then at one point ask her best friend.
