This is lactic acid in your muscles. It will happen primarily when you have just overextended yourself (new to running, ran farther this time, or ran with more gusto this time). It is eprfectly normal and itches like crazy. I recommend a healthy dose of Bengay BEFORE you run, to prevent the itch and allow you to finish.

Maybe you are allergic to something outside or maybe your detergent on your clothes specially when you start to sweat and your clothes get wet and gets into your pore. You should talk with your doctor to see what you find out what you are allergic too.

Same thing happens to me. Someone told me that sweat is being released from your pores. Something about not being hydrated enough. I don't know. Maybe we can both get an answer to this.

It sounds like you might be allerigic to something. See a dermatologist and get tests to find out what you are allergic to. My son had tests and he is allergic to grass, trees and a lot of ordinary outdoor stuff.

Joggers look like wrecks when I drive past their red faced limp limbed shuffles. Maybe your body is saying do something better for health.

u might be allergic to your own sweat - you might want to try wearing shorts instead of sweat pants
it could also be the material of the sweatpants
is it a chaffing? or red itchy bumps - it could also be ingrown hairs on the legs and the sweat irritating it

Maybe your laundry detergent is causing your allergies. I have very sensitive skin and use arm and hammers non-allergenic formula. Try that and see if it works.
