im 20 years old, perfectly healthy weight/diet, work out daily, and this morning I went out and jogged for an hour and then walked for another hour. Now im getting chest pains everytime I take in air to the point where I'm avoiding taking deep breaths and it hurt in the same area in my chest when I swallow. Does the fact that I jogged in somewhat cold/windy weather have anything to do with this??? what else could this be?

Yes, it IS from jogging in cold air. I just got back from jogging, and mine did the same thing!!! Tie a muffler around your mouth next time and take a thermos of tea or a bottle of water.
If it does not go away within an hour after your run and you've been in a warm place for another hour, go to your doc'.
It HURTS! I hate that.

Assuming you have done what the Md's have told you. Read about muscles, pain and referred pain in The Trigger Point Therapy Workbook by Davies.
Muscles get knots (trigger points) which makes them stay tight allowing them to put pressure on things that should not have it.

No matter what the cause you need to go see a doctor ASAP. Chest pain with breathing needs to be checked out.

A quick trip to the ER is highly suggested! NOW!
It could be indigestion, heart related, or frozen lung.
