The pizza is cut into smaller pieces or bigger. I realized I could eat more if I cut the pizza in 1/8th rather than 1/4th. When I cut the pizza in quarters, I can only eat half, but when I cut it in eighths, I can eat 3/4 f the pizza. Weird huh? What about ya'll?

Yes that it pretty weird. I just eat the whole thing to avoid dealing with fractions.

For most people I'd say it makes sense that they can eat more of a pizza if it's cut in smaller slices. It's the mentality that you're eating less when you're really not. My stomach is like a black hole so it doesn't matter to me. I just scoff the whole thing down. :-D

Yogi Berra was once asked if he wanted his pizza cut into 6 slices or 12.
His response:
You better cut it into 6, because I don't think i could eat 12.

Yes. I seem to eat most pizza (all of it) when it's cut into squares.
Never thought about that before, though.

You are probably eating it more slowly when it is cut into smaller pieces and so it gets a chance to settle in your stomach and you can fit more.

It's a mind thing, you think since the slices are smaller then your not eating as much (i.e one more wouldn't hurt)
